AI Pro subscriptions for our test soil

Let’s fund a small AI Pro subscription pool for Kim’s test, so participants can experiment with better tools while keeping the human-in-the-loop.
Description
I’m proposing we support AI Pro subscriptions inside Kim’s test gathering. The simple human story is: if we want people to practice AI-assisted governance, sense-making, and proposal writing, they need access to the tools without each person having to quietly absorb the cost on their own. This is small infrastructure, but it can have useful ripple effects. What this should do: • Provide shared or reimbursed AI Pro access for the test period. • Help participants compare how AI changes facilitation, drafting, and feedback loops. • Keep human accountability clear: AI can assist, but people still own judgment, reporting, and decisions. • Produce a short reflection at the end: what worked, what felt funky, what should not be scaled, and what is worth carrying forward. I’d treat this as a pilot rather than a blank check. Before spending, we should confirm the number of seats, the subscription provider, and the duration, then report back transparently so the test doesn’t become a leaky bucket.
