Values:

• I want Edge to get better at running itself • Connection between people at edge matters • I care less about the woo projects like mindfulness and connection to the universe • But I like the cross-pollination between people who have different world models I also want to support experiments in group deliberation, reasoning, and decision making

Beliefs:

• education is really important • the intergenerational projects are valuable • Apprenticeship and working is a great way to learn • AI is going to change education enormously

• Giving things away to people never helps, either them or the community

Governance:

• I care a lot about the ability of proposers to actually and successfully complete a project • I'd rather the high-risk, high-reward than be safe
