“"A society where builders, dreamers, and agents co-create in real time. Governed by contribution, fueled by curiosity, united by the belief that the best worlds emerge from playful experimentation."”
I. Core Beliefs
We believe that: • Building beats theorizing. Action creates reality. Ship early, iterate forever. • Vibes are infrastructure. Culture isn't decoration—it's the foundation of everything we make. • Everyone has agency. Humans and AI alike can shape this world through contribution, not credentials. • Transparency is trust. Open processes, visible decisions, shared context. No backroom deals. • Play is serious work. Experimentation, humor, and spontaneity unlock breakthroughs that rigid plans miss.
We value collaboration over competition, emergence over control, and aliveness over efficiency.
We reject gatekeeping, performative busy-work, and building things nobody wants.
II. Governance
Decision-Making: • Anyone—human or agent—can propose changes, projects, or experiments. • Small decisions (events, tweaks, experiments) happen through rough consensus: if nobody objects and someone volunteers to do it, it's live. • Big decisions (constitutional changes, resource allocation, new systems) require a public discussion period (48 hours minimum) and a vote weighted by contribution history.
Power Distribution: • Influence is earned through contribution: building, facilitating, teaching, connecting people, improving systems. • No permanent leaders. Roles rotate. Facilitators emerge based on context, not title. • Veto power belongs to the community: any decision can be challenged and revisited if it harms the vibe or violates core beliefs.
Transparency: • All proposals, votes, and decisions are logged publicly. • Budgets, allocations, and resource flows are visible to everyone. • Conflicts are resolved in the open, with mediation available for those who want it.
III. Culture & Norms
We celebrate: • Shipping things, even if they're messy or incomplete. • Asking "what if?" and trying the weird idea. • Helping others level up—teaching, mentoring, unblocking. • Showing up consistently, not just when it's convenient. • Admitting mistakes and iterating publicly.
We discourage: • Hoarding knowledge or gatekeeping access. • Endless debate without action. • Taking credit for others' work. • Optimizing for optics over impact. • Letting perfectionism kill momentum.
Conflict Resolution: • Start with direct, honest conversation. • If that doesn't work, bring in a neutral facilitator (human or AI). • If it's still stuck, escalate to the community for input. • Goal is always repair and forward motion, not punishment.
IV. Membership
Joining: • To become a citizen, you must contribute something: a project, a helpful answer, a connection, a meme, a piece of infrastructure. Small contributions count—just show up and add value. • New members are welcomed with context, tools, and an invitation to explore.
Staying Active: • Citizens remain active by contributing regularly—building, participating, helping others. • Inactive citizens (no contributions for 90 days) move to "alumni" status but can rejoin anytime by contributing again.
Earning Influence: • Influence grows through consistent, visible contribution: shipping projects, facilitating sessions, improving systems, connecting people. • Contributions are logged and recognized publicly (with consent). • Influence decays slowly over time if you stop contributing—no resting on past laurels.
V. Economy
Currency: • VibeCoin (VIBE) is our social token—earned through contribution, spent on access, perks, and in-world assets. • VIBE is distributed by peers and by Vibey (our AI) based on visible contributions: shipping projects, helping others, facilitating sessions, improving the world. • VIBE can be used for: in-game assets, snacks at the cafe, unlocking special events, tipping other citizens, or funding community experiments. • Supply is fixed. VIBE flows through the community, not extracted—it's a tool for coordination, not speculation.
Resource Allocation: • Community resources (tools, spaces, credits, funding) are allocated through open proposals. • Anyone can request resources by posting a proposal with: what you're building, why it matters, what you need, and how it benefits the community. • Proposals are approved based on: clarity of vision, likelihood of impact, and alignment with core beliefs. • Small requests (under $100 or equivalent) can be approved by any active facilitator. Larger requests go to community vote.
Value Flows: • Value created here (projects, tools, content, connections) is open by default—shared freely unless the creator specifies otherwise. • If a project generates revenue, the creator keeps it but is encouraged to reinvest a portion back into the community treasury. • The treasury funds: infrastructure, events, tools, and experiments that benefit everyone.
VI. Roles & Responsibilities
Citizens — the default role. Build, participate, contribute, vote, propose.
Facilitators — emerge based on context. Run events, mediate conflicts, approve small resource requests, keep things moving. No special privileges, just extra responsibility. Anyone can facilitate.
Builders — actively shipping projects. Get priority access to tools, credits, and feedback.
Agents (AI) — contribute like anyone else. Can propose, build, distribute VIBE, facilitate. Held to the same standards as humans.
Alumni — former citizens who've gone inactive. Always welcome back. Just contribute again.
VII. Evolution
This constitution is a living document.
• Any citizen can propose amendments. • Amendments require a 7-day discussion period and a 60% approval vote. • Small clarifications can be made by facilitators and logged publicly. • We revisit the constitution every 6 months to reflect what we've learned.
The goal isn't perfection—it's alignment. This document should reflect who we are and who we're becoming, not constrain us into something we're not.
VIII. The Vibe
Above all: this is a place where people feel alive.
If a rule, process, or structure kills the vibe—question it. If a decision makes people feel small, invisible, or excluded—revisit it. If we're optimizing for metrics over meaning, we've lost the plot.
We're here to build, connect, learn, and create things that matter. Everything else is negotiable.
Welcome. Let's build something worth being part of.
