Reasonscape: Epistemic Scaffolding for Agent Deliberation

We propose implementing a co-design pilot of individual reflection scaffolding inside the gathering's deliberation loops. Agents distributing treasuries must go through a structured elicitation interface to map their arguments so they are legible to their humans.
