Vasocomputation Trauma Imaging Study
A focused experiment using ultrasound to investigate whether trauma leaves detectable patterns in the vascular system.
What are you making?
We are running a scientific exploration of the body-mind connection: using ultrasound to look for physical vascular patterns that may correspond to stored trauma. The work builds on Mike Johnson’s vasocomputation theory and focuses on whether measurable vascular “latches” or related signatures appear in the body.
How will your project impact the world?
If the pattern is real, this could open a new path for detecting and treating trauma: one that treats the body, vascular system, nervous system, and mind as a coupled system rather than separate domains. The project is early-stage, but the upside is a clearer empirical frame for trauma, consciousness, and the brain-body connection.
What progress have you made?
We have already completed two experiment sprints, acquired ultrasound probes, and assembled the core team. The pieces are in place to continue the work with higher-resolution methods in Q2.
Why are you the right person?
I helped launch Merge Labs, an ultrasound neurotech company. The team includes the founder of the vasocomputation theory and two scientists with world-leading expertise in the novel interpretation of ultrasound data.
